First PREMIER Login

Video demonstration and instructions on how to use the First PREMIER Login:

 

Here are the step by step instructions for logging in according to your account type:

 Credit Card Account

1. Choose the option "Credit Card" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for Credit Card Account holders into your browser: https://www.mypremiercreditcard.com/login.aspx

2. Enter your username in the field for user name.

3. Click the continue button to continue into accessing your account.

 

Credit Card Payment

This is an option they have set up to allow you to directly go in to make payment for your Credit Card Account. The login process and username troubleshooting is exactly the same as for the Credit Card Account login. Please refer back to the login instructions just mentioned above for the topic "Credit Card Account".

 

Personal Banking Account

1. Choose the option "Personal Banking" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for Personal Banking Account holders into your browser: https://web15.secureinternetbank.com/PBI_PBI1961/PBI1961.ashx?rt=091408598&logonby=connect3&PRMaccess=account&Override=true

2. Enter your access ID into the field for Access ID on the page. (This will be very case sensitive so make sure it is entered exactly like it appears for you).

3. Click "submit" below the text field to proceed to the next page.

4. Enter your password for the account in the field for password.

5. Click the "submit" button below the text field there in order to proceed to your account.

 

Business Banking Account

1. Choose the option "Business Banking" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for Business Banking Account holders into your browser: https://web15.secureinternetbank.com/EBC_EBC1961/EBC1961.ashx?WCI=Process&WCE=Request&RID=3000&RTN=091408598&MFA=2

2. Enter your access ID into the field for Access ID on the page. (This entry will also be very case sensitive so make sure it is entered exactly like it is provided to you).

3. Click "submit" below the text field to proceed to the next page.

4. Enter your password for the account in the field for password.

5. Click the "submit" button below the text field there in order to proceed to your account.

 

ACH Account

1. Choose the option "ACH" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for ACH Account holders into your browser: https://goldleafach.com/ach/LoginAlternate.aspx

2. Enter your customer number in the first field indicated for customer number.

3. Enter your username into the next text field for username.

4. Click "login" under the text fields located on the left side of the option labeled "reset".

If you do not have multi factor identity tools added to your account login process, your next steps are as follows:

5. The system with then ask you for your password. Enter your Password in the field provided.

6. Click continue under the text field in order to access your account.

If you DO have multiple authentication tools set up for your account, your next steps are the following:

The screen should then show you your preset security image and phrase.

5. In order to proceed, you will confirm that you acknowledge these items by entering your password in the field provided.

6. Click continue under the text field in order to access your account.

 

Trust Account

1. Choose the option "Trust" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for Trust Account holders into your browser: https://iaf.infinity.com/IAF_IdP/0044A/plugins/common/app.xhtml?ClientID=PAL&RelayState=https://pal.infinity.com/Prod2f/Default.aspx&UserID=

2. Enter User ID in the field provided for User ID.

3. Click "proceed" button below the text field.

4. Enter password in the field provided.

5. Click "proceed" to login to your account.

 

Remote Deposit

This is an account feature that allows you to login to a different area of the site in order to make deposits without having to show up in the back physically. In order to access this feature, the log in is as follows:

1. Choose the option "Remote Deposit" from the "Access My Online Account" drop down menu. OR Click to enter the First PREMIER Login URL for Remote Deposit into your browser: https://www.firstpremier.blilk.com/Core/Authentication/MFAUsername.aspx

2. Enter your username in the field provided.

3. Click the button labeled "next".

4. Enter password on next page in the field that shows up under your username you entered on the previous page.

5. Click "Login" to proceed to your account for Remote Deposit.

 

 

 

Here listed below are the steps you will need in order to reset any username/password issues listed by type of account:

Credit Card Account

If you are having trouble entering your username, use the following steps:

1. Click the words "Forgot username" which are located just below the "Continue" button.

2. Enter your sixteen digit card number in the four fields for credit card number.

3. Correct the fields under the card number area to reflect the correct month and year that your card is set to expire.

4. Enter your three digit CVV code in the field for CVV code. (The CVV is the last three digits found on the back of the card on the right hand side in the signature box).

5. Enter your email address where you would like your username to be sent.

6. Click the button labeled "Request Username" and prepare to check your email as you should receive a username reminder in the email address you provided in step 5.

7. Once you receive the username to your email, proceed back to step 1 of the login process to login to your account.

 

Credit Card Payment

Steps for troubleshooting issues with this account also follow the same processes as with those just mentioned above for the topic "Credit Card Account".

 

Personal Banking Account

1. Click the words below the "submit" button that say "Forgot Password".

2. Enter your Access ID there in the field provided for it. (First PREMIER will be emailing you regarding your forgotten password to the email address you already have associated with the account you are trying to access. Therefore, keep that in mind before you proceed with the next step).

3. Click submit and prepare to receive an email to your email address you provided First PREMIER when setting up the account so that you may retrieve or reset your password.

4. Once you receive the password to your email, proceed back to step 1 of the login process to login to your account.

 

Business Banking Account

NOTE: There are no options available at this time for if you have forgotten the access ID or password on this particular account. The only option you will have is that if your token on the site is lost or damaged you can have an alternate login. Not sure why they have it this way, but don't worry, later I will provide you with their contact information for you to use should your access ID or password happens to be the issue for you.

If your token does happen to be lost or damaged while you are trying to access your First PREMIER Business Account, follow these steps from the failed login page:

1. Click the words underneath the "login" button on the page. (These words are the ones that are instructing you to click in the case that your token is lost or damaged).

2. Enter your access ID into the field for Access ID on the page. (Remember, this is very case sensitive so make sure it is entered exactly like it is provided to you).

3. Enter your password for the account in the field for password.

4. Click the "login" button below the text field there in order to proceed to your account.

If there happens to still remain an issue of login, see later in this article for the contact information to make sure you can contact a representative to handle this issue.

 

ACH Account

NOTE: First PREMIER Bank, in the past, allowed for login with passwords all on the first login screen but have since changed it in an effort to increase the security of the accounts. So now, the process is a bit more complex to try to ensure your funds are safe. Also, there are no options here for if you can't remember your customer number, username, or password. If these happen to be your issue, please refer to the contact details listed later in this article.

 

Trust Account

If you have forgotten your password to this account, follow the next instructions:

1. Click the words "Forgot Password?" below the "proceed" button.

2. Enter the login ID or email address associated with the account.

3. Click the "proceed" button in order to receive and follow further instruction in order to recover your password.

4. Once you receive the password, proceed back to step 1 of the login process to login to your account.

 

Remote Deposit

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. On the page where it is asking for your password, simply click "Forgot Password?" next to the login and the password will be sent to the email address you have set up for the profile with the username you have entered on the previous page.

2. Once you receive the password, proceed back to step 1 of the login process to login to your account.
